Not sure what this will mean for the comic but hopfully it means little. If Nintendo buys Capcom that doesn't necessarily mean the bok w be cancled Nintendo have said recently that they're willing to expand to other media.

It's not up for sale. It has no barrier in place to being bought out. That's not the same thing.
