And yet I don't think pointing more fingers at Capcom would solve the problem. If they wanted the book canned, they would've done it in a quicker and more formal way than just 'delaying issues.' It's understandable Capcom is still less than favored nowadays because of their shoddy handling of the series, but this is really grasping at straws.

And as it's been said already, the same thing has been happening with StH and SU, so that makes the Capcom accusation even more ridiculous.

Agreed. I've lost a lot of respect for the current heads of Capcom, but this isn't one of the reasons.

I'm not accusing Capcom.

What I meant was if their current financial problems are making Archie, well uneasy about publishing the comic is all.

Probably a flawed comparison, but kind of like how Fox didn't renew some of the Marvel Comics cartoons on their line up because of Marvel's bankruptcy (The Silver Surfer cartoon infact was canceled for that reason despite decent ratings).

Sonic's also been delayed, and it does happen that the US government is having some problems affecting the whole country. Maybe that's more likely, no?

Coming out of lurker mode to let you know the release date on Mega Man 30 is October 23rd. My son has been equally anxious since we have a subscription and no one from Archie comics is returning our calls. Checked with our local comic books store plus midtown comics shows the release date is now October 23rd.

And I got my own issue today. Guess I'll just have to get used to the later street date for the time being. Now I can finally see what happened in this second part and get those preview pages ready... which I should have been doing the last week+ anyway. Oops.

Oh yeah I suppose we should be confirming that with all the delays, shouldn't we? I received an issue yesterday as well.

Got the issue from Comixology today, and it was a pretty good one at that. I love the story so far, and although it's a little wonky at times, I did like the artwork. Can't wait until the next issue comes out!
