Okay, not "cannon", but "still happened in rebooted universe".
Second, what you need to do is consider the whole pre-reboot continuity as gone, erased, what have you.

Yeah. That's not how the concept of reboots work.
Everything was blown up, rewritten at it's core and for all intents and purposes the 247 issues before Worlds Collide had vastly different storylines.
They haven't, they're the same character, just rewritten.
