These were collected, along with the previously digitally-exclusive “Dark Tomorrow,” in Mighty Crusaders vol. 1 (released Jan. 2nd, 2019).

NEW CRUSADERS: RISE OF HEROES

Print Debut: September 2012)
Creative lead on the project to revive the Red Circle brand superheroes. Prepared the new series bible consolidating previous canon and the new characters, locations, themes, etc. Prepared the breakdowns for the first year, character biographies for the new cast, and set plans for the future of the series. Also had shared writing credits of the related “Lost Crusade” quasi-spin-off.

THE MAGICAL TALES OF YOUNG SALEM
(April – July 2009)
Sabrina the Teenage Witch #101-104
Conceptualized, pitched and prepared this spin-off to the Sabrina the Teenage Witch property. Worked closely with the project’s artist, Chad Thomas, to produce the cast for the series.

Semi-regular writer of the monthly solicit previews. Previously I maintained material for the blog which contained product information, reader correspondence and in-character material.

Lead writer for the tie-in comic to the spin-off franchise, Sonic Boom. Worked with the series producers to produce short, comedy-centric stories that loosely fit within the context of the cartoon series.

Manuscript writer for this spin-off comic to SEGA and 4Kids Productions hit anime series, produced by Archie Comics. Prepared series finale and carry over into launch of “Sonic Universe” project. Additionally did solicit advertisements.

“WORLDS COLLIDE”

Creative lead and writer for this unprecedented crossover of licensed game material for Archie comics. Worked with Archie editorial, SEGA and Capcom to produce a twelve-part series that represented and pleased all parties involved.

SONIC / MEGA MAN CROSSOVER #2
“WORLDS UNITE”

Wrote the scripts for the sequel crossover event to the wildly successful “Worlds Collide.” Worked with multiple developers to bring together sixteen different franchises into one adventure.

Wrote the limited series focusing on Classic-era Sonic the Hedgehog series. The story was specifically stylized the mimic the style of a 90s videogame.

MEGA MAN

Manuscript writer and main creative director for this top-selling monthly comic by Archie Comics. Prepared project for launch by compiling character biographies, history, and breakdowns for the initial year. Additionally has done promotional copy in the form of solicits, back cover copy on the graphic novel series and on the official blog.

Wrote the script for the original material featured in this trade collection. Unlike other collections of reprint material, this volume tied together the past content with “present day” material, effectively making it one long story.
