I like Sonic and Khan's reaction to each other. It's pretty neat.
I figured that this would happen (going into Nicole like Sonic and Shadow did in #171), and I can't wait for the issue!
Yardley seems to be doing a superb job so far, can't wait for the rest.
Oh, and the writing's not half bad either.

The pages are rather small... had to squint to read them. I can't wait for the issue though. Digital worlds? Always fun.
Now if Iron Nicole challenges them to a light-cycle race, this comic is complete. _________________

| Oooh, a story in the digital realm! Those are always fun, and that definitely puts the cover in better context. Looking forward to this issue! |

Bah! I want Sonic and Sally in Arwings fighting the cover Iron Queen by blowing up her hands and blasting her brain. _________________

You know what? I'd like to see Ken return. I would. I just like the way that he fits in with Sonic and in between Sonic and Sally. It's refreshing, and he just feels cool. _________________

I could barely read the preview, but it looks interesting so far. A couple of comments though.
First off, if Sonic were any greener with envy his fur would be the exact same shade as Scourge's. I enjoy how Ian is handling the love triangle, and keeping it in the background for the most part, while only pulling it to the forefront to address it just enough to let the reader know what is going on. It's a subplot and really is holding up well there.
Second, the artwork is perfect. Nuff said about that.
Third, I think we can all guess as to what MK is going to try and pull in this issue. I can only wonder how the repercussions from those actions are going to fall into place in the coming issues. _________________

I totally disagree. But I will fight to the death to allow you your opinion.
From my perspective, Sonic is barely fighting for Sally whatsoever. Not only does he let Khan try to cheer her up first but he isn’t even remotely indignant about it. Maybe if he tried to shove it in Khan’s face that he failed to do so while Sonic did, then it would be more in character. The ‘relationship over a long time’ seems to be said in jest as his pose and thigh bump with Khan seem to indicate. Sonic is coming off like he doesn’t care at all. I see hardly any jealousy whatsoever. I wish I could though. In the famous words of Mr. Horse from Ren and Stimpy, “No sir. I don’t like it. I don’t like it at all.”
As for the issue itself, it looks really cool. Going digital themselves was something I never even considered. That is a really cool idea. However, it seems like a really bad move. Going into a completely digital world… wouldn’t that make Regina… god? I mean, it would be like Feist in the Special Zone.
It seems pretty interesting. I do like how the relationship issues aren’t overcoming the story, but I would like it to seem like a bigger deal than it is being played off as. |

I wonder if Sonic and Sally would end up going into cyperspace to "hack" into the system of New Mobotropolis and Nicole. Just like STH 170. 39 issues, 3 years ago, can't believe it's been that long.
Can't wait for this issue, the final part of this two-parter. |
