From the Old Masters of the paint, it would have to be Leonardo da Vinci, because that man was one clever son of a gun and then some. The things he sketched, painted, invented and stirred into motion...brings a metaphorical tear to my void-like eyes.
From the Masters of the New, Joe Mad just has this incredibly snazzy style of drawing his characters, creatures and diabolical abominations (There's a reason the Darksiders games are both perhaps under the top 5 of my favourite Games of all time, 50% solely because of the artstyle.) Kentaro Miura of Berserk sits on the second throne of honor, cause...I mean, have you seen Berserk? Have you seen the level of detail he puts into each individual panel? Awe inspiring.
And from the Masters of Ink, Typewriter and Pen, H.P. Lovecraft and Edgar Allen Poe, Neil Gaiman and Terry Pratchett, Joanne K. Rowling, Paul Steward and Chris Riddel, Rick Riordan and Derek Landy.
I have a long list.

Sadly, because of german laws, my knive collection is made up of only a measly little pocket knive. And the kitchen knives. You need several permits for collecting weapons like that, and i don't have one. And it's a pretty bloody big and convoluted process of getting that permit, so I am quite frustrated about that.

I see your attempt at a sarcastic video response instead of bothering to type something up, and raise you a response in the form of an image link:
